CrossFit kids allows children to move more, build self-confidence and learn important teamwork skills.

These classes are created for children from 8 to 17 years old.

The kid’s classes are of course there to make the children fitter and healthier but what is most important is that they have fun.

CrossFit is amazing for kids as it covers a huge range of exercises and disciplines; from weight-training to gymnastics to cardio. Children’s brains are like sponges, so they absorb everything and learn very quickly.

Start young, stay young.
