OUTDOOR TRAINING

We at CrossFitQPO believe that CrossFit is the best way to get fit at life, and that it’s important for everyone to go outdoors as much as possible.

Since we are a Military based CrossFit we will organize some green activities next to our regularly program. Activities such as hiking, powerwalking, swimming, climbing, biking and off course beach workouts.

These will be announced on our Instagram/Facebook, our members app and in the box.
