OPEN GYM

 

During Open gym you can train and practice by yourself. By doing a WOD, doing some OLY (Olympic Weightlifting), technique or strength training or practice your weaknesses.

You can train at the inside area after the morning classes and before the evening classes or at the outside area that is available all day.
