Small group Olympic Weightlifting lessons with a CF LV-1 Coach.
Olympic Style Weightlifting consists of two very technical movements: Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
These movements require body awareness and top-notch mobility. We provide this class to work on technique and drills. We utilize different drills to break down each section of these movements. We like to “pick apart” each section of the movement and finetune each athlete, so they can bring what they learned back into their CrossFit classes.
And a few personal bests on the lifts don’t hurt along the way either 😀
